The board would like to ask for feedback on the Holiday party on December 8, 2007. Can you please tell us:
1) You can give your name, or be anonymous.
2) If you didn't come. Why not? Location, cost, menu, (give us a clue)
3) If you came. What did you like? The menu, drinks, location, atmosphere, entertainment, prizes, dancing.
4) If you came. What didn't you like? (menu, drinks, location etc...)
5) Whether you came or not. Any suggestions for next year's party.
